*** PALM OIL REFINERY PLANT
REPUBLIC OF GHANA – WEST AFRICA (2024 – 2026)
This plant will be specialized in the transformation of crude oil into refined oil for
human consumption.
This refinery will have a production capacity of 12,000 Tons of Edible Vegetable Oil
per month. With a total investment of 22,850,000 US Dollars, the construction of the plant
will start in March 2024,

*** RUBBER FACTORY FOR PROCESSING NATURAL RUBBER
Republic of Cote d’Ivoire (2024 – 2026)
This Project of a Natural Rubber Processing Plant, in Côte d’Ivoire will be
financed by BIODISS GROUP, up to 19,500,000.00 US Dollars.
The factory will have a capacity of 43,200 Metric tons per year of natural rubber,
The construction of the factory will start in September 2024.
